‘Tis the season

Leading the student section in cheers as the football team plays against South Medford, the cheerleaders are able to show off their game routines. This past weekend, however, the team made their transition to their competitive season with a second place finish at their league competition.

Yoga- Strengthening the Body and Mind

Minimalist approach: Unlike  other sports that require a multitude of equipment, yoga only requires three things,  all supplied by the class itself. The benefits of the class are obtained simply by using purple blocks, a yoga mat, and a tension band. All students are required to bring are themselves, comfortable clothes, and good attitudes.
