Fundraising pays off

Displaying the check for over $2,000 is Matthew Snyder, junior. The money was raised by selling doughnuts every Friday morning for about six months, and it will be donated to Save the Children to aid in Hurricane Maria relief. The students involved presented the check in the Media Center May 29.

Welcome to camp

It is “school” after all, so the camp bell rings throughout the day, alerting campers of the next activity. Camp Tamarack, alongside Dark Lake serves outdoor school for Bend and Redmond-area schools. West Linn schools go to Camp Collins.

  On the 19th anniversary of the Columbine massacre, students participated in a nation wide walkout to protest gun violence. Over sixty students traveled to Salem to talk to Oregon representatives on how they plan to fight for better gun control....
