  • “Nature was a really significant part of my life especially when I was little, it really helped me form a closer relationship with my mom.”

  • “The three dots are ellipses and they represent that everything goes on, everything is to be continued, and everything has a second part to it. Three is my favorite number since it symbolizes my birthday. So I have 3 ellipses to represent 3-3-3.”

  • “8 has just always been my favorite number, it represents my innocence and childhood that I will always have with me.”

  • “The ‘X’ and ‘Z’ are supposed to be a joke since technically they are missing a ‘Y’, but the ‘Y’ is “WHY do you have just an ‘X’ and ‘Z’ “

  • “I met this girl at a music festival and she had the most amazing doodles I had ever seen, instantly I told her I wanted her to design a tattoo for me. When she told me she could give it to me too I was so excited. The leaf itself is a reminder of falling asleep in a hammock under the trees that night, a good reminder of an amazing time”

  • “I don’t really have a meaning for the tattoo, but I really REALLY wanted one, and my friend said she could give me a stick and poke. And I’ve wanted a tattoo forever, but, since it was a stick and poke it couldn’t be anything too crazy, so I had a couple ideas, and none of them were that cool to me. So after hours and hours of thinking, I saw some dudes bumper sticker, and it was just a simple little fish, nothing too crazy, and I thought the design was really cool. But honestly, I didn’t really care what the tattoo was, I just wanted to have one, and be able to say that my FIRST tattoo was given by one of my best friends, in an unforgettable experience.”

  • “Something about the sun being out consistently improves my mood and just makes everything a lot better and easier to deal with.”

  • “It’s mostly to represent my three best friends and our connection and how we complete each other.”

  • "I don't really have a meaning for this tattoo. I thought it would be cute for a first tattoo and it is not super complex."

  • “I really like lightning, I think it's really cool and pretty. My aunt who I look up to has the same one.”

  • “My last name is Ruby.”

  • “The hand represents one of my biggest faults which is holding onto the things I need to let go so that’s why it’s holding a dandelion.”

  • “The lemon signifies the sweet and sour of life because it can be a lemon or an orange depending on how you view it.”
