Homecoming King and Queen is announced while football defeats Tualatin (32 Photos)
Joining the Homecoming court on the field, Jeno Bean, 12, and Kokanee Ellingson, 12, were announced King and Queen at halftime. Bean said, “I wasn’t expecting to get nominated, but after I was I realized pretty fast that I was going to win, especially when I heard the ‘Jeno’ chant before we walked out. I’m glad that I had this experience. It was incredible.” During the game, the Lions secured their No.2 position in the Three Rivers League with a 49-35 win over Tualatin during their Homecoming game on Oct. 23.
