Share the gift of great food with your loved one with these sweet and fluffy cream puffs this Valentine’s Day! Need a quick gift in a pinch? These will only take an hour of your time.
In a pot over the stove add one cup of water, ¼ teaspoon of salt and 1 cube of butter. Stir until mixture starts to boil. When the mixture starts boiling stir while adding in flour. After stiring the mixture should start to become goopy. When the flour is stirred, add four eggs.
Once stirred, scoop out with a table spoon onto an ungreased baking sheet. Let bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fluffy. Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
After cooled cut off the top of puff and fill with whipped cream. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Finally when they are refrigerated give your loved one this great gift of food made by you.
Recipe:
1 cup of water
¼ tsp. salt
1 cube of butter
1 cup of flour
