West Linn Varsity Lacrosse Beats Sunset Apollo’s Earning a Second Consecutive Trip to the Semi-Finals
See video in description. The West Linn Lions (18-1) took down the Sunset Apollos (10-11) friday night. West Linn had faced Sunset once earlier in the season, winning (8-4). The Lions started slow, finishing the first half leading (4-2). The Lions blew the game open, exploding with multiple goals, and fantastic defensive stands. The Lions ended the game in a (13-7) victory over Sunset.
The Lions next game is Wednesday night (June 4th), at 6 p.m. at Lake Oswego High School. They will be competing for the in the semi-final game for a chance to advance to the Oregon High School State Championship on friday for the second year in a row.
