Despite having the bases loaded, the team was unable to score any runs. “It’s just the beginning of the season. Myrtle Guarisco, senior, and Eloise Guarisco, sophomore, play ‘A duet in D Major.’ This performance took place around 30 minutes after their act with the Woodland Quintet 1, similarly to other students who had multiple performances throughout the day. “We just picked a piece that we both liked, and it wasn't too heavy,” Myrtle said. “The parts were pretty equal and there were some pretty harmonies. It was fun to play with my sister.”

Yearbook is for people who have a love for photography and journalism. For Rameen Ali 12, that’s exactly what it is, a chance for her to do what she loves. “[Yearbook] introduced me to new opportunities, it showed me what I’m good at… Journalism is something I might want to pursue in college”

Ali is a part of 9 different volunteer programs, so when she’s not at home or at school; studying for her harder than ever AP schedule, she’s putting time in to help other people and the community.
