Hazelia Dog Park, located in Lake Oswego, is open year-round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. There are two separate parks for large and small dogs, both of which offer amenities such as interactive structures for pets, bark chips for year long mud relief, covered areas, water buckets and kiddy pools, and full perimeter fencing.

Taking in the scene. Scout, a rescue dog, takes a break after a game of fetch. He has spent the last 12 years with his owners who adopted him as a rescue when he was just under two years old. “Oppenlander is one of his favorite places to run around,” said his owner.

Isabelle “Izzy” Ludemann, senior, is the Sports Section Editor and is in her second year on staff in the Photo Committee. Throughout her high school career, Ludemann has had work featured in the WLHS Kaleidoscope and Amplifier News Magazine. Ludemann has written all types of stories and has found that she especially likes to write features and create photo stories. Ludemann plays soccer and is a fourth-year member of the equestrian team.
