Despite having the bases loaded, the team was unable to score any runs. “It’s just the beginning of the season. We’re just going to be playing out best by June, [and] that’s where champions are,” Rowe said.

Myrtle Guarisco, senior, and Eloise Guarisco, sophomore, play ‘A duet in D Major.’ This performance took place around 30 minutes after their act with the Woodland Quintet 1, similarly to other students who had multiple performances throughout the day. “We just picked a piece that we both liked, and it wasn't too heavy,” Myrtle said. “The parts were pretty equal and there were some pretty harmonies. It was fun to play with my sister.”

An aspiring actor has come to the stage after many years of acting to write movie and play reviews. Kellen Flynn, 9, enjoys playing video games, hanging with friends, and having an overall good time. Friends describe Kellen as a loyal, nice, and funny guy, with a passion for acting. “I intend to do acting as a career, it just fits with me,” Flynn said. Expect to see some wonderful reviews coming from this young journalist!
