The Lady Lions Lacrosse Team Play Against Hood River Valley in Quarterfinals
TAKING A LEAP OF FAITH. The first draw of the game and the Lions successfully gain ball control. The Lions were second to Lake Oswego in the Three River’s League, and made it to the playoffs. Their game against Hood River Valley would determine whether or not they made it to the semifinals. For the sport of lacrosse, “draw control wins games,” a statement Ben Finklea, coach of the girl’s lacrosse team, shares often.
