The Lions roll past defending champion Central Catholic in state semifinal
Kickoff awaits as team captains make their way to midfield for the coin toss. The football team came into the OSAA 6A State Semifinal, held at Pioneer Memorial Stadium in Oregon City, as the number one seed. However, they faced the Central Catholic Rams, the two-time defending champions. Central Catholic was on a 10 game winning streak and they had their eyes set on a third straight championship.
