Wesley Gilbert, Staff Reporter

Wesley Gilbert, sophomore, is a member of the Photo Committee and is passionate about taking photos and writing stories on current events. Gilbert is always curious to learn something new and loves exploring the world around him. Some of his favorite subjects include journalism, science, and Spanish. Outside of school, Gilbert loves running cross country, playing ultimate frisbee, volunteering in his community, and traveling to new places. He enjoys writing stories about his interests both inside and outside of school. Some of his favorite steps to making a story include interviews, taking photos, and creating informative visuals to complement his writing. In the future, Gilbert hopes to be a field reporter for a news agency. He always has a camera with him, which you can see the results of on Instagram @wesleyg.photo and the rest of his work at wesleypgilbert.wordpress.com.
