The average American breakfast

A look into what the Japanese consider to be a stereotypical American breakfast

As I sat down with my dad, Steven Moore, he explained his experience of living in Japan. He decided to study abroad in college and was gone for four months so that he could enhance his knowledge about the Japanese culture. During his stay, he explained the stereotypes that his host family had about Americans, and the surprises he encountered while living in a completely unfamiliar country. Listen to the full interview to hear about his memories and what his host mother considered to be the average American breakfast(see 2.10-2.45).
