Is street racing a risky past time? In this featured segment of the Breakdown, Max Parisio and Brad Gianella investigate T5, a street racing event happening frequently in Portland, Ore.. Parisio and Gianella discuss the ethics behind T5 and interview a local business owner about the impact of the controversial event.
