The Teacher That Could’ve Been
As I sit down with Mary Batson, she talks about her life growing up under strict parents. She also talks about a teacher of hers in high school who eventually got her a scholarship to be an English teacher. My mom has been through a lot in life but certain things and people have helped her achieve her goals. She also talks about how different her life turned out to be from what she thought it would be when she was a child.
